ISAAC RIVERS is a thief, a crook, a slum Lord, and a horrible property manager. He will ignore your calls and texts and try everything in his power to scam you out of your deposit, no matter how much it is. He is unprofessional, rude, obnoxious, and a lowlife. This place is a scam!! ISSAC RIVERS will steal your money!! They tried to send me a 1,300 invoice befire the viewing. Took my information over the phone knowing I was young ( no rental experience). I would give this agency or rather the person who runs this one man show, Issiac RIvers, 0 star, but google won't let me so 1 star. His service is beyond poor. He is a terrible real estate agent. And any rental posting where Rented4Less or Issiac aka Issac's name appears is a Head's Up and NO! NO! This man is a fraud and his service is pathetic! Appears at property without prior notice!
