Worst landlords I’ve ever had. Ripped us off of security deposit for damages that were preexisting. When we showed them proof they never got back to us. We also lived in the house with flees for 3 weeks because the previous tenants had cats so they did not even clean up before we moved in. I do not recommend.
If I could give 0 stars. I just signed a lease with them and it was the beginning of hell. If I call 20 times I get them to answer once. And then apparently the person I need to speak to the so-called office manager is never there and no one else knows anything she alone knows what's going on. All I need was someone to give me the exact u intake because what is on my lease didn't match what PGW and PECO have listed so now it's a day before move in and I've been calling for a straight month only to not have utilities because ... read more
