RecommendedFriendly and Professional! This past weekend was my first time ever on a wave runner/jet ski! Terri and Lauri along with their employees made my first venture into the world of water craft fun, safe and exciting! We will definitely be back!
Look no further, this is the best place to rent! Lauri is absolutely the best. She is very accommodating and helpful. The day could not have gone any more perfect. We rented Yamaha Wave Runners for the whole day. We covered the whole lake from London Bridge to Parker Dam and back. THANK YOU RENTALS ON THE BEACH!!!!!❤
Awesome experience from my original contact with the owner/manager to the follow up emails after our rental period. Laurie was very thorough, didn't skip a beat with pricing, agreement, email confirmation etc. Our family has been renting pontoons from other companies in the area, but from now on, we will only rent here. Unprofessional, uptight and rude employee. I would not recommend renting from this company. I was concerned when the man gave us a tour of the Pontoon boat. There were several flaws- speedometer didn’t work, trim not operating properly, boat would not start without hassle, and damage to propeller. I had a bad feeling he seemed like a guy who would claim we caused damage that already existed. Anytime my husband questioned him about anything he was rude with his response. Old, worn Bimini broke during our rental forcing us to return an hour early for the pontoon boat rental. there was no way I could have predicted or prevented this normal wear and tear, just happened to break on my watch. Owner said he couldn’t have predicted it either yet he charges me $200! Beware! Owners will charge you to fix normal wear and tear problems! Will be renting elsewhere in the future and recommend you do also.
Great place, would highly recommend! Rented 2 jet skis for an afternoon and they were great! Very friendly and informative on how to operate the jet skis as well as the rules of the lake. Will definitely be back!
The whole crew is very friendly, they are a wonderful group of people. We visited with them daily while we were there. I highly recommend using them as you rental spot while staying at Havasu!
