Do NOT use them as your property manager!!! I used them for 3 years while I was stationed in D.C. They allowed my tenants to renew their lease for 3 years without doing any inspections and when the tenants moved out, of course left my house in shambles. They don't act like they work for you. Also they are super lazy. They also tried to talk me into paying for things the tenants messed up. for example the carpet in my living room was badly damaged and they tried to convince me that the carpet was so old it needed to be replac... read more
