Do NOT use them as your property manager!!! I used them for 3 years while I was stationed in D.C. They allowed my tenants to renew their lease for 3 years without doing any inspections and when the tenants moved out, of course left my house in shambles. They don't act like they work for you. Be sure to read their rental contract thoroughly or take it to a military lawyer. The agents who work for this rental company are extremely unprofessional and rude. My husband and I are both military members stationed in the area and were looking to rent on a short notice of orders.
