Do not rent from this company. They don’t care about you. Communication sucks. They will way overcharge you on move out ... you will not get your deposit back. Their inspectors will come and tell you to not worry about fixing certain things like wall paint or the floor because “it will be replaced anyway” and then turn around and charge you for it. I would be ashamed and embarrassed to be associated with this company. Do not rent from them.
Getting things fixed around the property was delayed. But the kicker was the move out inspection. The communication/response to our questions was extremely delayed. We wanted to be sure we would be prepared upon move out so that we could receive our full deposit back and overall I am very dissatisfied. Do not rent from this company.
