The crates make moving easily, but that's about the only thing good I have to say about my experience. For crate delivery, they don't allow you to choose a time window. They email you the day before and say "here's your window". I knew that wouldn't work for me, so I emailed back and asked for a change. Amazing experience with Rentacrate! I moved from NY to Oakland and I was able to use their crates for my cross-country move! They delivered and picked up the crates within a one hour time window and provided dollies which made moving so much easier.
