Disgusting store. The manager was rude, almost yelling at the customers. The entire staff acted like they were on drugs. DO NOT RENT HERE. I overheard the staff talking about a gun they found in a couch!

I rented a beautiful bedroom set from them once, now that it has gotten old and worn I was thinking of renting another one. But after reading these other posts I can see the service has not been very good. While I was renting I did havea tv that I was also renting and had paid off go out. I was told by Jason the mgr then that if I ever needed it repaired as long as I was renting from them, it would be fixed but it never was. Renting is always a gambel with that company.

i have been with this company off and on for over 20 years, i have had my ups and downs with them, i stay with one store and deal with one manager, right nw we are hhaving it out over a computer, but i know it will get taken care of,i go in and i give them a bad time tensing them and thats the way we get a long, justin is the best he will bend overbackwards to make sure things are fair, he is still with the company and still has hands on

Seems like a crappy company – I have never purchased anything from this company and had never heard of them, until we got a new cell phone and started getting calls from their awful collectors. They have my phone number on file, because someone did make the mistake of purchasing something from them. Now every month, because the people who purchased from them, doesn't pay their bill on time, I get a call and the person leaves a message, saying something like " You need to get a check in here today, and get your account caught... read more

Please do not waste your time – This location is a poor excuse of a business! I pay my bills on time every week, but yet the manager says that my payments are late every week. Every time I call them, I get yelled at, cursed at, and hung up on. Even though my account is paid on time, they still come to my house, beat on my door and yell at me to my face. Good place for rent to own! =] – I have done the rent to own thing with three places, rentquik, aarons, and easyhome. Rentquik is by far my favorite for MORE than several reasons. I like their furniture more than any other place. Their TV's aren't that great (older versions). But as for living, and dining they beat the competition. I got a COMPLETE living room set (huge sectional, two end tables, coffee table, and two lamps), and dining room set at the same time. Wonderful – I am not quit sure what these other low lifes that can't pay bills are talking about! But the military guy need to calm down! And the other person needs to jst be quite! Rent quick is a wonderful establishment! They are great too there customers and know how to do there job!! I have never had a problem with tem and the sole reason for that is cause I pay my bills!!! Look Elsewhere – I have several problems with this company. First, they are never open on time. Sales people are rude and don't know their product lines. They are late to appts and sometimes don't even call to let you know. They are good about replace broken products or getting them fixed.

Very Sorry Company – Well, where do I begin? I guess from the beginning, I called looking for a washer and dryer and was at first greeted very kindly and the employee (who's name escapes me) was courtious and I was told they offer military discounts...well to make a long story short, I am so furious I cannot see straight.
