been thru rent one for many many years even in diffent states. never ever had issues until now. new management is rude and very not understanding!!!! our family has been quarantined because of covid. so I called in advance before my payment was even due to let them know I would be in to make my payment as soon as I could leave my home. this lady said no that they don't help people in crisis with covid. and that she would come pick up my stuff. we were one week late on payments and had been paying them every month on time for months and even called and talked to someone and they wouldn't work with us came by and picked it up. I will not be going through this place again. Terrible company
The people that work the the front desk are great and the man that delivery was very helpful thanks to both of them l will be coming back
