Love my place and love Curt Spell (my point of contact). He has been quick to respond and quick to help when something goes wrong. I will miss him when I eventually graduate and move away!
My daughter and her fiancé rent from them and they have taken excellent care to address all their issues promptly.
All these people saying that this company is rude and hard to work with are just stating facts.. ROC is condescending and difficult.
