Working with ROC has been a pleasure. Carole, who showed us the property, was kind and knowledgable about the home. It was a great tour! terrible company and the people that work there aren’t any better. Save yourself the trouble and don’t rent from them.
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! Terrible company! Had to fight for any sort of maintenance issues for them to be half done or not completed at all. They refused to do maintenance work when issues came up. STOLE our security deposit for things that were simply untrue. They are thieves and so rude when trying to communicate. Slumlords is what they are. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK!! THEY WILL ROB YOU OF EVERY CENT!!!!!! They took almost a month to fix our AC last year (JULY) cause “it was still working”. Yeah it would cut on, but the house stayed an insane 78-83 which felt like 90 easily!!!! I had to have my dad get angry at them to finally fix it! And not to mention Dane, the maintenance man is rude af!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
