Be careful before deciding to do business with this office. I moved into 250 Martha Drive in August 2024. I was in touch with their office for several weeks before signing my lease. They had every opportunity to tell me that construction would break ground in September 2024 on a new apartment building not 20 feet from my unit. They lied by omission and now I get to listen to construction workers yelling, hammering, heavy machinery, and general construction noise for 10 hours a day everyday, including evenings and weekends. Rent Oconee Clark has been amazing when it comes to costumer service and communication. Dane with the maintenance team is super helpful when it comes to communicating scheduled pest and inspections. Lauren in the office is super sweet and helpful when it comes to answering questions. I would recommend leasing with them to anyone looking at renting in Athens. I love my rental with Rent Oconee!!!
