Very upset by my experience at 250 Martha Drive. Love my apartment, but one month into moving in they began construction (september 2024) about 25 feet directly in front of our building that is still occurring. Construction constantly is going until the sun goes down, even on weekends. I am always listening to construction. They said they were thinking it may start in the next year, not the next month. The construction crew is always in the way and very inconsiderate.
Great people very understanding and respectful and will help you out the best way they can I live in one of there properties for fifteen years and love it ♥️
Be careful before deciding to do business with this office. I moved into 250 Martha Drive in August 2024. I was in touch with their office for several weeks before signing my lease. They had every opportunity to tell me that construction would break ground in September 2024 on a new apartment building not 20 feet from my unit. Rent Oconee Clark has been amazing when it comes to costumer service and communication. Dane with the maintenance team is super helpful when it comes to communicating scheduled pest and inspections. Lauren in the office is super sweet and helpful when it comes to answering questions. I would recommend leasing with them to anyone looking at renting in Athens. I love my rental with Rent Oconee!!!
