Getting removed from our house next year for no reason because a group of other people want to sign. Poor communication with landlord Brock (never responds to emails, calls, or texts). Low quality house (pipe bursts, bugs everywhere, terrible insulation, etc.). Would definitely recommend against renting a house here. UPDATE: me and my two friends didn't get most of our deposits back because this company is a SCAM. Always timely on requests, had lawns cleanly cut, and great rental price. Highly recommend Brock Beatty and LET Properties.
Gary is the best landlord I’ve ever had and I’ve lived in at least 60 different places in my 55 years of life. Sad, but true. He’s always available. He’s always taking care of concerns and requests asap. I hope I never have any other landlord than him.
