If I could give ZERO stars, I would... The most UNPROFESSIONAL people I've ever dealt with. The building manager (Brian Strickland) is a total alcoholic drunk that starts a lot of trouble bc he's into everybody's business and doesn't remember anything he says... the owner Jack Braunstein is a total thief and a LIAR!! The harassment that I had to deal with was ridiculous! The sexual innuendos we had to deal with at the pool was also unbelievable. Terrible landlord. I pay rent perfect 5/years and all i get is disrespect. And now.he.is.claiming.more than$1300/in damages.which he.wants to take out of.my.security.deposit. at least.half of his.claims are false fir example he.wants to charge.me for.a.faulty kitchen faucet which had been faulty since i moved.in in 2012 and was never.fixed. charging me to fix a broken drawer.in the kitchen when the wood.is.corroded.and.the.kitchen drawers are old.and need to be replaced NOT.my.fault I will.stop at that. Jack Braunstein is the LANDLORD from HELL he is a evil money hungry old rude unprofessional landlord who will fix NOTHING but wants your money. We had the biggest argument because I asked him to fix something he told me no when I pay next month rent he might fix it. I wouldn't recommend doing any kind of business when this company!!!!
