Best customer service and a nice experience
THE OWNER EDDIE IS VERY RACIST !!!!!! I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I completed an application and was pre-approved for $5,000 in financing. During my phone conversation with the representative I was specifically told not to worry about a down payment, and we even scheduled an appointment. The next day, I stopped by the shop to look at tire options before completing my purchase. After meeting the representative in person, I felt that his attitude toward me changed. Beware!! Be careful when calling and asking for prices...my husband called to get a quote for tires and a few days later he got an email stating he was going to be charged on the 1st of August. Mind you we never signed a contract or step foot in the store. We live in Ocala but had done business with them in past. Never again. What a scam! Unfortunately for them they didn't have an updated card on file to charge. We called corporate and had it taken care of.Just be careful.
I went and got 4 tires for my 2016 Jeep patriot nothing but awesome service. This place has my business !! From Mario to service mechanic were nothing but greatest service experience I had going to to tire shop 5 stars all the way !!!
