The renovation team is reliable, responsible, and responsive. Their pricing is reasonable, and they are available within a week or two. They worked on my roof and siding, and after the supervisor reviewed the results, the team returned to complete any unfinished or unapproved items. I would gladly hire them again for any home projects, both interior and exterior. The team’s management is superb, with excellent client handling.
I had a fantastic experience with Renovation Team. Jim Guller sat with me and we went over everything that was needed to repair my siding. They showed up on time, the work was completed and I couldn’t be more happy with the results. Thank you Renovation Team!
This is the second time we used the Renovation Team services. Jim Guller is very professional. He takes his time explaining repairs, options and costs. He pays attention to detail and personally checks on work everyday. Would definitely recommend based on our excellent experience
Great experience. We had them add a window to match the other one in the room and give light to the dark space. Bid was timely and fair, work was completed BEFORE expected. Jim was great at giving us updates and workers were fantastic. They matched out rim and siding perfectly and looks like the window was always there.
DON’T USE THE RENOVATION TEAM! We have had a two year long, horrible experience with Jim. He proposed to do work at our house then partnered with another dishonest contractor (Dunn Lawn & Landscape) and it has ended up costing us $20,000.00. Even after two years of pleading with Jim, the egress doors he installed are not finished and are not usable. The doors are not even accessible, except by sliding down a gravel slope.
