I recently had my kitchen floor refinished by Restoration Hardware. Cristina and husband Peter did the work while I was away in vacation. Previous owners had a dog so there were lots of scratches and some faded areas to restore. Cristina came to the house and suggested a plan and cost.They kept in touch while I was away providing pictures of the work. Excellent experience from start to finish. It’sa family business and they know what they’re doing. Most of my original “orange” red oak first floor sanded, restored (there was a fair bit of damage) and refinished in modern light finish in three days. Highly recommend.
Worst service not recommend at all avoid this company
Phenomenal service, excellent work. Got our floors refinished with some patch work on water damage. Work was done better than expected, and finished on time. Couldn't be happier.
Cristina and her husband did a fantastic job on my 100+ year old hardwoods! They also communicated well and completed the work promptly.
