Dr Villa has been taking care of someone very close to me. He has always been very professional and compassionate. He was an answer to our prayers. I strongly recommend him. His assistant Sabrina is also very professional and responsive.
On April 15, 2026, Dr. Villa provided a thorough, patient-focused initial telehealth assessment for my special-needs adult child, arriving nearly an hour late but then dedicating 40 solid minutes to a thoughtful medication review and plan. However, communication and follow-through were disastrous. His office has no live phone support—only voicemail and text—and after the initial appointment, his assistant texted a follow-up date but never sent the telehealth link or responded to urgent messages.
