The best place in the Kansas City, MO area to get the best bike with no hassles! My representative was spot on, never tried to sell me anything I could not handle or want. I also had awesome experience from the boys here and could not be happier (Unless it was free!) Cannot wait to bring my CB500X back in to show that I am a responsible rider and paid attention to the pointers given, as well as see how the guys are doing. Thank you Reno's!!!

Had the dreaded "Limp Home" mode show up on my Spyder on my way to work. Called Reno and they got me right in (even tho it was close to closing time). Brad called me the next day (Friday) to let me know they had to order the part. I was really happy to get a call on Wednesday that the part was in and the cycle was ready! Once again, I couldn't make it in until closing time but it was ready to go & I was back on the road. I know where to go for future service if the need arises. I recently purchased a used bike from Reno's. The buying process was really easy. I traveled from 3 hours away. When I arrived, they had the bike ready to look at. I test drove it and decided to buy it. While I was filling out paper work, they washed it and filled it with gas. After paper work they had it ready to go. I drove my new bike home and the next day had a problem with it. Started talking with Richard Ogden about a month and a half before I was going to be able to make a purchase. I asked Rich what the out the door price on my chosen bike was going to be via email. Within minutes Rich responded with a number and invited me in to look around. Nobody else would give me a number. Everyone wanted me to come in to talk numbers. I was traveling through Kansas City on the end of a 9000 mile trip and needed a rear tire on my BMW K1600. I found Reno Powersports KC off the Dunlop website. The folks at Reno are great! Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. The parts and service departments were awesome. I was in and out with a new tire in 45 minutes. The price of the tire was equal to internet pricing so you can't go wrong with Reno. Thank you for helping a homeward bound traveler.

As I have said in the past Reno's treated me more than just fair and just with their help a year ago I got a new motor hand-built and nurse shop after Advantage PowerSports screwed me over Royal I would tell anyone take their vehicles to Reno Powersports the mechanics down there and the service department or wonderful

Really friendly staff, I was greeted promptly and helped to select a motorcycle to buy. Had great delivery as well as follow up from my salesperson to make sure everything was going great with the bike.
