I've been going to Reno's Yamaha for year's, I purchased a motorcycle from them in 2012, the sale's associate was patient and didn't try to push the sale on me, he stood back and let me look at the bike's and when I had a question he answered them in a professional manner, as long as he stays employed there he will be the person I go to.

Renos is a full line Italian motorcycle dealer (Ducati, Aprilla, Moto Guzzi, etc) with a great Yamaha line. Good prices on used bikes, *great* service and parts operation. They have solid stock of parts, accessories, gear, heated gear and more. Very friendly, open and honest folks across the board. You can usually meet the owner (Steve) any day you're in there, and he rides what he sells. I've bought several bikes there and been getting service and parts since they opened. My favorite dealer in the KC area!!! There are only two Yamaha dealers in the metro, one is 2 miles from my house, but I ride the extra 30+ minutes to come to Reno's. I'm always welcomed when I come in the door, staff is always friendly, willing to help. They have great prices, and a awesome selection. I have brought all my friends here to buy parts, and bikes. They have all had the same great experience. Plus nobody has as many sexy bikes on the showroom!!!

This store gets better every time I go. They just expanded and added some more bike brands. They added probably 40% to their square footage, and added more selection for the parts department. They are now the closest store to my home. Due to proximity and the very well informed parts department, they have earned by business.

I was in dire need for spark plugs for my jet skis and the other shop I've went to were completely out. I didn't even know this place was here, but they had what I needed in stock so I ran out there. When I walked in, everyone in the front just stared at me...strange, but okay. Once I go back to the parts area, there's a line. The people behind the counter don't say anything, which is fine. Great service dept. Bought a new Seadoo there and have another. Guys at the service counter a fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable. Pretty fast turnaround.

Bank Financing – In response to MicheleT717 we want her to know that at Reno's Powersports we do everything we can to get our customers the very best rates and terms on the purchase of their cycles and ATV's. Unfortunately not everyone is approved, and in this day of tiered pricing not everyone who gets approved gualifies for the tier one 3.9% APR. Beware the Finance Dept – I'm pretty unhappy with what happened to me at Reno and I certainly wouldn't recommend my experience to my friends. I recently purchased an '09 VStar 1300. I liked my salesman but between the finance manager and the sales manager I felt like pretty victimized. There was a 3.99% finance offer through Yamaha and I agreed to apply for that and only that.
