From the time we landed from our flight to getting our car was 2 1/2 hrs!! � Then they tried to give us a smaller car than I paid for which was a full size car. We had to wait 20 minutes for the car to be washed and brought up for us. It was awful customer service.
Kudos to Reno Tahoe International Airport! I just heard a segment on Marketplace a radio show on NPR, where they mentioned the airport and said that it's adapting to accommodate Handicapped and Senior passengers. This should shed a little light on how this population also travels, but it's not as easy for them as it is for the general population. Other airports around the world should be more like Reno Tahoe International Airport.
I travel frequently and haven't had issues until now. I was in a rush this morning and packed the wrong hair spray in my carry on - my bad. BUT I did not deserve the downright rude and disrespectful way in which I was spoken to by the TSA Agent. I told him as much and his response was, "I have told people this everyday for 10 years learn it already." Of course said in the most disrespectful and unprofessional manner ever.
