Nice clean airport & easy to maneuver through. Lots of nice restaurant choices. The BEST part is the "Paws for Passengers" program!!! Loved seeing & petting the dogs! Every airport in the US should have this program!
The lady who assisted was so kind and nice at the southwest ticketing. She has a smile on her face at all time we were there. And she thank my son for his service in the marines. Thank you southwest for having an employee like her. I wish i got her name.
A woman working at TSA took away a bag of toiletries I was traveling with (all under 3oz) because I had too many toiletries for one person. I had an extra bag because I was bringing back travel sized items from hotels to donate to a women's shelter at home in Portland. Even after I tried explaining the situation the TSA worker told me multiple times "it's still going in the trash."
The lady at check in counter was rude and not very helpfull
TSA Was grate and very helpful.
My husband and I arrived on the 6th and left on the 9th, I thought it was very clean and very efficient although there needed to b more seating on the main level so when you are waiting for someone to check luggage then the person you are waiting for has a place to sit especialy if they are walking with a cane as I was
