I had my puppy shipped from Houston to reno. The woman who helped us (I believe this was us airlines baggage claim) was a rock star. She was so kind, so helpful, and went above and beyond. I didn't catch her name but, if your going to loose your baggage shed be the woman I would want on the job. She really knows her stuff..
Very clean and quite not a lot of people. I can see the mountain from the airport window .
Slow, apathetic, terrible customer service doesn’t sell much overpriced food. Not that there’s much to choose from. I resorted to a $8 slice of reheated pizza. Pack more snacks.
Easy and Fast to get in and out of. Parking is very close and reasonably priced. TSA Pre is always open and always fast.
AP is very clean and nice views. BUT... why no open bars on a SAT NIGHT?. Especially with a delayed flight. �
