TSA check takes a ridiculous amount of time in Reno. In all my travels I have NEVER had such a overly thorough check. A pat down when I have nothing on me?Really? No wallet, no phone, no shoes, no jacket. Just my shirt, pants, underwear and bra. Jeesh!

Removed my previous review re: abuse by a #southwest gate agent who was agitated and seemed mentally unwell. Has not addressed the topic. very disappointing and possibly unsafe. Update: Calling me to inform me you have already done "everything you can do" does not change the situation. You are negligent.
