Bought a 98 Jeep Wrangler last year that had been inspected when I bought it from them. Now my mechanic is saying it won’t pass inspection for body mount issues, and said it should NOT have passed inspection last year. These guys are a fraud. Do NOT buy here!

They make promise after promise give you the runaround. Horrible service. I’m telling you to run away from this place just down rite pathetic!!! Don’t put your self through the misery dealing with them. Can’t even put the rite mirror on. They where to make a key never got that so I paid for one they said reimbursement I get the look of a deer in the head lights when I ask for it
I wish I could give them zero stars! I had an appointment to discuss buying a car, got a confirmation call from Chris (salesman) that I’d be able to make it, drove 40-minutes to the dealership and was told by Chris that the car I was going to buy was sold yesterday. YESTERDAY! He knew that it was gone when he called to confirm that I’d be there today and said nothing! I am beyond furious that anyone would conduct business that way. On principle alone, go somewhere else, these guys are scumbags.

customer service is awful. Nobody returns phone calls or receptionist hangs up on you. I bought the vehicle I have from them 3 weeks ago and have been trying to finish the deal with my lease I traded in. Had to wait 2 weeks for check from them. vehicle I bought is not what they made it out to be. also had a traveling salesman that did not have any idea about their inventory horrible!!
i called about the combination box giveaway. unfortunately it was sent to me after the last day but i felt as if they should honor my winnings or at least assure me the chance again on the next one due to the fact it is not my fault it wasnt sent to me on time. the lady was very rude and told me it was my fault i didnt get it in time and there was nothing she was going to do for me then hung up on me mid sentance. unbelievable service!!!!
I took my Kia in for service and it came back with 2 scratches on the side of the car! The service manager had a attitude. He also stated the won't fix it. They are not responsible. I am really upset! Love my car and take good care of it. This is just poor customer service.
