RecommendedI had my first visit to Renken Dentistry today, and it was awesome! Everything prior to the appointment was quick and online. Once I arrived, I could tell the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Gina, the hygienist, and Dr Renken both were friendly, thorough, and explained everything they did as they did it. I’m so happy to have a new dentist!
Growing up in a low income area, dental hygiene was not always the top priority. As time passed I was scared to go to the dentist because I was afraid to be shamed. The staff at Renken was amazing from the get go. They brought me in and made me feel comfortable, not once have I felt shamed, but rather empowered because I am taking a serious approach to fix things. From the moment I walked in the focus was on the customer experience. Not once did I feel that I was just a person with insurance. Hygienist took her time and was very thorough and friendly. Sitting in the chair talking to Dr. Renken felt like we had known each other for years. Pretty sure I took the photo of the year. Seriously though, if you are not in love with your current dentist or if you have kids and want the attention on service and not play time then consider giving Renken Dental a try. You can thank me later.
I can't say enough good things about the wonderful staff here. It's been longer than I care to admit since I've been to the dentist, but when I cracked my tooth, I knew It couldn't wait. I am so happy to have found this place. Thank you Dr. Cowan and April and all the staff for taking such good care of me and making me feel welcome and comfortable.
I can't express how amazing this place is. It's crazy to say that about a dental office, but I feel like family there. It's warm and welcoming, hip and tech savvy. I love it and will tell ALL my friends and family. Patient for life, I finally love the dentist! Thank you!!
