RecommendedI would definitely recommend dr. Grant Bennett ask your orthopedic doctor if you need one he is very good at his job, extremely professional, very thorough, it has an amazing staff of people that work for him.
I had a great experience with my doctors office visit, however following my visit 3 months ago, I have not been able to resolve my billing with my insurance and with Conway Ortho's 3rd party billing methods. After numerous attempts for resolution and in attempt to make contact, I am simply sent to the voicemails of various contacts throughout their offices who never return your calls. No follow-through, no attention to detail, poor customer service.

Took my grandson to get a cyst drained which has always been done in drs office but he doesnt have insurance right now. Rather than go to the ER we decided to go to the after hours clinic. Just a visit was $81.00 and that was ok. So he went in and came back out because the dr refused to do it. Said he needed a general surgeon.Total bill was $197 and with a 40% discount for paying now in full, it was $120.00 for NOTHING! Think we will go to the ER next time and tell them it hurts. my pcp was sending me to this business. I had a work scheduling conflict with what my pcp arranged so called to change the first time appointment. the only indication that the scheduler had a pulse was that she actually said a few words. Her demeanor and total void of enthusiasm scared me that I googled them OMW! was then totally freaked out due to the horrible reviews.
