My daughter went there recently with breathing problems and they told her there was nothing wrong even though they saw her oxygen level and heart rate was low. They didn't try to give her oxygen nor do a thorough exam. This hospital is terrible. I wouldn't take a dog there for treatment. My granddaughter was taken there before but as usual they didn't see anything wrong. My daughter stated that they told her that basically they were trwatinf Covid-19 patients. Do not go to CRMC if you think you have Covid.... they treated my brother like a dog... long story... but I will never recommend this ER to anyone!

You abandoned my 23 yr old daughter who was severely dehydrated, having chills & vomiting in a triage room for 1 hr & 15 minutes without even a blanket, IV or vomit bag. Just a quick glance at her from a PA when she arrived. This was her 2nd visit today since you didn't care for her properly earlier. I picked her up and walked out.. took her to the new Baptist ER. Very disappointed after giving you so much money over 30 years.

the receptionist up front named Maryland needs be fired.she is rude and she doesnt relay messages. and never fell she the only one with time on her hands so that's the only person that answers the phone and you get no where. dr.jessica mcneese is a great doctor but that place is being ran poorly. it was supposed to be better when she moved here however it's worse. so no I dont recommend till they fix the receptionist problem.
