Im so glad I found a great dentist in DC!! Very professional, efficient and friendly. Dr. Renis made sure I had the best experience and the results were amazing. He also gave me great recommendations to improve my dental health. Highly recommended!!
I'm a very satisfied customer of Dr. Renis Kapshtica's for many years now. He and all the staff are friendly, easy-going, and competent. Comprehensive care including updated x-rays.. and even sunglasses to protect from the glare on the overhead light. Can't recommend enough.
Overall would not recommend. Quality of service: Below average. Fixed an old crown. Doctor was impatient. My gum was swollen and we should have waited more to get the right sizing. Now it is still bleeding and swollen every day because the crown size is big. Backend work: TERRIBLE! they cannot submit a proper claim. They just ask the patient to pay. I pushed back and said that should be covered. redid the entire claim process. They got paid. I kept receiving calls from the collections office that I should pay them 5 months a... read more
Best dentist I have ever been to! I’ve had over a year of dental pain and went to other dentists to be told nothing was wrong with me. Went to Dr. Renis and he identified the problem in 30 seconds and immediately fixed the issue. I am so grateful and excited to get back to living my life without tooth pain! Thank you Dr. Renis!
