It's about time I wrote a review of Dr K. Have been seeing him for over a decade-- he's a fantastic and kind dentist! He knows his profession, listens to you, and as many people have said is honest and does not pressure you into treatments as has been my experience in the past. Kind and professional staff. I'm always happy to go for an appointment with Dr. K.
I've been a patient of Dr. Kapshtica since 2015, and have always been very satisfied with the care I receive. This review refers to a terrible experience I had with a dental hygienist during an appointment last Wednesday, Sept. 6th. The hygienist, who I'd never met before, was incredibly rude and patronizing. She complained bitterly as she cleaned my teeth and interrogated me with endless questions about how I care for my teeth (though how I was supposed to respond with my multiple dental instruments in my mouth, I don't kno... read more
Dr. K is fantastic. Always shares the options and provides all the info I need to make an informed decision. He never pushes anything on me which I really appreciate. The staff is all very kind and helpful. Also quick to respond!
