I had new windows put in my whole house about three years ago. And I also had a new front door and storm door installed about a year ago. I had Chris come out today to take care of a repair on my door and he also fixed my front window which the insulation had expanded too much so he took care of that and he was very knowledgeable very professional and he could not have been nicer. When anything goes wrong with my door or windows I want Chris! Thank you Chris you were great!!! My rating is a “5”.
Chris Moeller, a representative from your company, stopped by our home yesterday, 3/4/2020. He did an inspection of the 2 window sliders and 1 door slider that we are having issues with and made a phone call to your office in order to address these issues. We found him to be very polite, very professional and very knowledgeable with regards to our concerns. The whole process from our sales appointment with Kevin to installation with Dmytro was very enjoyable. Renewal by Anderson staff is very knowledgeable and takes their time explaining all your options and answering all your questions. We are also in the process of a kitchen renovation and Dmytro took his time and care to work around the other contractors we had at our house.
