We had 7 windows replaced yesterday and are completely completely satisfied with the excellent job done by Slavek and Steve. They were on time, took all safety precautions for COVID-19, and did beautiful work. The windows look great! Thank you!
We hired Renewal by Anderson to replace our existing aging Anderson Windows. The salesman promised that any rotted or bad wood around the window would be replaced. They didn't do that. Instead they installed Windows on rotted wood. Also the windows they installed are leaking water. The windows that they replaced never leaked but now the windows they replaced them with are leaking. The team lead by Dymtro was exceptional - clean, on time, and very professional. 5 stars!!
Doors are beautiful and the installers were friendly. My problem is the soft spot I had prior to install was a patch fix. I recently replaced flooring and that is the small fix Anderson did. There was no support under there. I did call and nobody called back. I did send a private message prior to this post. Someone replied but never called back.
