RecommendedJohn Smecko was very professional when he came to my home to complete an estimate. He explained all my options, process and payment options. He was respectful and pleasant, also. The two gentlemen, Walter and Igor, who installed my windows were also professional, respectful and communicated with me throughout the process. And, my house was spotless when they completed the work. I’d recommend John, Walter and Igor. They are best in class.
This process was a smooth as it could go. I would definitely recommend renewal by Anderson. Worth every penny. Kirt Rosenbaum was absolutely the best! John was extremely helpful even when I had to step away from conference call. He explained everything in great detail and was extremely flexible as I changed my plan mid stream to alter the design of the windows and to include windows not previously discussed but I decided to add them on. We couldn’t be any happier about our windows. Our salesman John was amazing and went above and beyond with his customer service. The amount of complements we get about our house since the windows were installed is insane. The installation crew was so courteous as well. We are so glad with our decision. Quality product, good customer service
The products are top shelf, a little pricey but worth it. Outstanding workmanship, installation, and follow up. Have used them before and will absolutely use them again. Our sales rep, Dru Darkis, was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. He was so easy to work with and provided several options and ideas. Happy we had him for our job.
My overall experience with RBA philly was wonderful from start to finish! My salesman john hoffacker really took the time to explain the windows, addressed my concerns and really made me feel comfortable. He stayed in touch and even helped me even after our initial meet. He treated me like a friend and was sincere rather than just your typical salesman. They come on time and get to work ! Their work is excellent ! During this time with COVID 19 , they wear masks and keep a safe distance from customers. They clean up when they finish! They demonstrate how to use the windows and doors. They tell you who to call if you forget. From sales,measuring, installing,cleaning and teaching I give them a 10 with 10 being the highest !
