Your Design Consultant, Josh McAllister, did a wonderful presentation on Renewal by Andersen Windows. He was very personable, professional, and highly knowledgeable and he answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. Josh patiently went over the pricing and billing options and contract information. Hence, we ordered your windows and are looking forward to our install in about 8 weeks.
Just had all the windows replaced in our house by Renewal by Anderson. The installer crew, Justin K. and Peter, and augmented by Manuel did a excellent job, they represented their company in a professional manner, were on-time daily as promised over the four day project. They took great care to prepare each room and each window to assure our house would remain as clean as possible, and at the end of each day cleaned up inside and outside. Mom just had 7 windows replaced by Renewal by Andersen. They had to reconstruct her bay window, including an oak seat with trim edge and skirt, in the livingroom. They also made a new oak window sill and skirt for her dining room. the windows look like you can walk right through them. The clarity is exceptional. The fact that 4 of them slide from either direction makes it extra nice. They will be a lot easier to clean dust out of. This review is just for the initial measure/sales appointment. I signed up for the appointment a week ago, and was called yesterday to confirm the appointment. The representative confirmed that both me and my wife would be there. That made it clear to me that this would be a sales appointment, not just a measure & price appointment. Just completed a new sliding door. The installation crew, Colin and Jeff, went above and beyond. They not only did a great job and took care of every detail but also were super nice guys, always on time and with the patience to explain me the process. Both paid attention to the details and had the right approach to the installation.They were very professional knowledgeable and courteous, I am very happy with our new sliding doors.
