Brandon and Stephan came along with a third man to install our doors. They seriously worked their butts off to install two large doors in one day. I was impressed with their work ethic. They worked very hard, were very professional and polite. They took good care of the house, cleaned up everything. The doors look great! Thank you!
I can recommend Renewal by Anderson right from the initial visit by Curt who explained all our window and sliding door options through to the the excellent service from our installers Vantha and Estaban. The installers were here on two wet and windy days and installed two sliders and six windows for us. We live on the coast about 25 feet away from the water. Justin K & Leo H came out to my house for a window install and a few repairs on some other windows I had installed last year. They were FANTASTIC! They were professional, clean, worked hard and did a beautiful job. We couldn't be more pleased. I plan to request them again for my next batch! We have just completed our second and final round, updating the windows in our 95 year old home from the original single pane wavy glass to beautiful Renewal by Andersen custom windows. We updated the downstairs 2 years ago and now have completed the upstairs, the laundry room, and the bonus room above the garage. Both experiences were pretty much seamless. There is nothing bad I can say about this company, first off when my husband and I started the window process our saleman Kirk explained everything in such detailed that we were in, the windows speak for themselves. Excellent service from explaining our options to installation. We now have 10 new windows keeping out the February winter.
We are 100% happy with our sliding glass door, which was put in by Justin K and Leo H. They showed up on time, were very friendly and professional. They immediately put up a barrier to protect the rest of the room, and tarps everywhere they would be walking. They finished the job as promised in less than a day, with no surprises. The door is beautiful. We will be calling Renewal by Andersen again when we are ready for our next project.
Just finished installation of 13 new windows in our home. We are very pleased. The windows are beautiful and fit our decor very well. Quoted as a three day job, it was completed in less. Cody G. and crew were on time and efficient. They were respectful of our property and did a great clean up after as well.
