Our experience with Renewal by Anderson was great overall. Our installers (Cody G, Leo, Jesse, and Oliver) were amazing to work with and did a fantastic job! Our sales person and the measurement person were at odds on a couple of things that ended up leaving us hanging a bit but our scheduler, Betty, did a great job making sure we were happy with our windows and the install. Betty rocks!
We just had new patio doors installed and I could not be more pleased with the results. From the quote process with Coltin G., he explained everything about the product and process. Just finished a project with many windows and a double slider. Cody and Leo, plus many other installers, were fantastic to work with. Very considerate, easy to work with, patient with our requests that at times can be somewhat picky, left the job site every day really clean. Their attitude and efforts made a disruptive and stressful process feel much better.
Up here on Whidbey Island, the Andersen experience has been a pleasure from start to finish. Sales Rep Roger and Installation Supervisor Paul were extremely professional and helpful, but our primary reason for submitting this review is to commend the performance of lead installer Vincent M. and his assistants David on the first trip, and Johnny on the second. The whole process with Renewal by Anderson was great. The windows are beautiful and we can’t say enough positive things about our installers, Lincoln, Diego and Osvaldo. They were very professional, polite and considerate. They answered all of our questions and were awesome representatives of the company. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves so other than having new windows, you would not have known they were here. We will definitely use Renewal by Anderson for our future window needs.
Excellent tradesman and product
A great big thanks to Jeremiah, Jeff, Eli, Steven and Abe for the beautiful window installation. 26 windows and a double swing patio door. Wow! My neighbors complimented us on them while they kept talking about the view and how the windows seemed to make the house look bigger. I can't get over how quiet it is inside the house. These men worked tirelessly and I wonder if they ate because we never saw them take a break. They are expensive but worth every penny. We had Renewal by Andersen replace our aging sliding glass door and some Windows. Zack C. and Oliver were professional and obviously know their stuff. They installed these top quality pieces which were a challenge. Our home has a brick façade which made installing the new ones difficult. Our new 12 foot "wall of glass" turned out amazingly well. Thank you guys for such polite, perfectionist installation.
