Vince C. and Lincoln D. installed three double hung windows for us yesterday. They were friendly, efficient and professional. This is our second phase of Renewal by Andersen window replacements. Mark and Stephan showed up right on time and remove ed and installed our new sliding door in 4 1/2 hours. They were very courtious and did a as great job like the pros they are.
Gerardo and Thomas Mclemore did a fantastic job installing my patio door and finishing trimming out the window from earlier installation. They were very professional and polite, made sure everything was accomplished and cleaned up thoroughly. I love my windows and door it has keep my huge family room much warmer and the heaters don't come on as frequently as they use too. I will be getting more windows in the future to finish my home.
The workers (Josh Z. and Johnny R) arrived when they said they would, laid the cloths to protect my carpet, and then discussed with me the work to be done according to their work order. Josh helped me get my blinds off the windows which I could not do by myself. Before the work started they put plastic over my bed, dressers and shelves to protect them from the dust. This is my second set of windows purchased from Renewal by Anderson. I'm impressed by the quality of the windows (and sliding door this time). The installers (Josh Z, Bruce T, Paul C, and Deshawn were very professional, did an excellent job, and were very pleasant and friendly. Definitely a very good experience.
The men who installed the bay window and bathroom window were excellent. Very nice men. They knew what they were doing.
The team of Cody C and Jon C did a super job installing our new patio door. They cleaned up everything and hauled away the old door and blinds. It's so nice to be able to slide the door without feeling like we were pulling a "10 ton" door.
