We had an excellent sales person, Josh McAllister, who helped us with replacing most of the windows in our remodel. Josh had great suggestions for the style of windows to complement our view of the Puget sound and maximize our view corridor. We chose top of the line windows and are extremely pleased! The Renewal By Andersen team (Waylin, Lincoln, David M. and Chris J.) was very professional and did a fantastic job of tackling a tough window job, including some carpentry work. The new windows look great!
So, I never like to leave bad reviews, but I couldn't hold this back. The craftmanship was good, but the color of the trim was wrong. I left voicemails and complaints and I got apologies and communications, but they forgot about us. I'm paying for something I am not happy with. They have not reached out to myself or my wife since. This was a horrible experience. Highly recommend staying away from this company.
Great follow through at all stages of the process. A special note on the quality of the installation and the work that Justin K. and Cody G. did. They were wanting to make sure everything went according to plan. The did a great job of prepping and cleaning up as well.

We had 7 new windows installed today, 5 large picture windows and two fairly large opening ones. Justin, Cody, Dan and Paul were absolutely professional and did an outstanding job for us and went over everything with us before they left. They protected the house with plastic and runners and did their best to minimize any dust and noise as much as possible. The installation was some of the best we have ever dealt with, and we have had several things installed. We wholeheartedly recommend this team. Gary and Margie MacDonald
