Out technician came on time. He fixed the window problem and explained what was wrong. He also checked my Anderson sliders and fixed a small issue without hesitation. Such a professional. Would highly recommend his work. A company that comes to repair window even if it was installed many years ago no questions asked and no cost! I would totally use them again when I am ready for new doors.

Giovanni and his team just completed installation of our windows. We had an aesthetic issue when changing from casement to double hung and Giovanni came up with a great idea to solve the problem which he then executed. The team is professional in every way and seem to really enjoy their work. They were a pleasure to have in our home.

We cannot say enough about the tech that came to our home to fix and adjust our slider doors out to our patio. His name is Hugo, and we cannot say enough on how friendly and knowledgeable he, and all the Renewal By Andersen people are. We had to call them twice with minor issues that we had with the sliders out to the yard/patio. They came, on time, and fixed the problem in less than five minutes. God bless all, the people and also to Hugo, as well, of Renewal By Andersen.

Overly aggressive, high pressure sales pitch. They act as if they’re doing you a favor by showing up for their appointment . They heavily push you to sign a contract while they are there or the price goes up and up. They lure you in with a flying advertising a “Flash Sale” . What you don’t see on the back of the flyer, in minuscule letters, is that the “sale” only applies if you purchase during the initial visit by their rep.They don’t give you the courtesy of letting you absorb the information they give you and, if need be,... read more
