Yesterday while cleaning my windows I accidentally knocked the window out of the sash and couldn't get it closed. Called Andersen this morning. They were so wonderful. Sent Giovanni this morning on this day off no less and within 5 minutes he got the window back in place, cleaned it up where I scratched it and taught me how to open and close the windows for cleaning properly. THANKS so much.

Windows will be installed in April, but the Brad, the Tech who came to measure the existing windows and review my order was outstanding. So far, this experience has been excellent. Thanks again, Brad.
use email . I guess they dont want me knowing email as I wanted to send a pic of windows to be replaced . They diddnt want me sending to a mobile # either
probably not the best time to have people lurking at my home and going door to door... if i want or need your services i will contact you, but after doing that it’s not likely
