I don't even know where to begin. I have been yelled at, sweared at and hung up on by multiple employees at this company. The customer service has been appalling. I most recently had dermaplaining, a facial and a mask done. Shortly after I contracted a horrible skin infection (folliculitis). I have been on antibiotics for a month. I called to try to tell them this happened and that I had to cancel an upcoming appointment due to this infection. I wasn't expecting a refund or anything, I just wanted them to know.
