I had an extremely disappointing experience at this clinic. The staff were unprofessional and rude when I requested simple clarification about my rights and my billing. Instead of receiving clear explanations, I was treated with attitude and dismissive behavior. The manager became highly defensive and even mentioned having 24 years of experience as if that meant my concerns and rights did not matter. I've been going here for years and they have been great and very friendly and helpful
If I could give them -5 star I would do. I just needed someone to send my medical records to my new obstetrician because the one that they have don’t deliver babies and stops seeing pregnant women at 12weeks. It’s been 21 days that I’m asking them to send it to my obstetrician but either they busy either they lie to me or they closed. They have the worse administration I have ever seen. Also be aware that you can deal with drunk receptionist or your prescriptions not be send to the pharmacy on time.
