Dr Stratte is through and is supportive of the concerns
I absolutely love Renew. Dr. Stratte is so sweet. I just adore her personality and gentle hand. I have been there several times now and have seen a couple of the nurses as well. Every single experience has been amazing. They always treat me like royalty and the procedures turn out perfect! Their monthly specials are a huge perk as well! I highly recommend Renew! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and just a nice and relaxing atmosphere all around!

This is as good as it gets for quality skin care and product advice.
Worst experience I've ever had with a medical facility. It wasn't the care, I never got to that part. I was left waiting 40 minutes, after checking in (early), only to be told eventually that the Dr. had left for the day and wasn't available for another week. I went out to the parking lot and cried in my car because I was in so much pain.
The staff is top notch and very caring! I love my time there, all the ladies are so sweet. I had an issue one time and it was immediately taken care of.
