Charge me $800 plus dollars and then never showed up. Never at his place of business. He ripped me off
Made 3 appts months in advance called to confirm was supposed to get a call back never happened arrived for appt and office was closed not a great experience
The receptionist there is so rude. Unfortunately, due to his receptionist this dentist has now lost 5 patients ( my family) plus co-workers that I referred.( One of my co-workers didn’t realize that I had stopped going because of the receptionist and she too had the same complaint about her.) I called and left messages for the dentist to return my call and he has not. I guess he doesn’t care. UPDATE:03/07/2024 Insurance fraud !!!!!???? I saw it on Google. Google it.

Dr O'Connor and his staff are the nicest people I've experienced really good service they make you feel at home . I would recommend renewal dental to anyone
