I just learned today that this property is under new ownership. From what I know so far, this landlord is really committed to providing a first class property with first class service.
BEWARE when looking around at this place it may seem appealing from the outside but don't get caught in a poorly maintained/owned property that thinks they can make things better by changing their name and management several times... you can run... but you can't hide that's for sure! Had a very poor first apartment living experience along with very poorly updated units. When we first moved in everything was shiny and new. The grounds were kept clean, a lot of painting going on. But after 8-9 months, I see things being neglected. On the other hand, my apartment is nice (a few minor fixes) and I really like the location. It's fairly quiet in my area and neighbors are very respectful. As for "luxury" living, I would expect the pool heated, sidewalks power-washed and valet trash pick-up to be consistent.
