Very rude employee, it was pouring rain terrible weather, I pulled up as close as I could get to the door, I asked do you have ear warmers he replied you have to move your vehicle that’s bike parking only, I moved my vehicle 12 feet went back in ask again do you have ear warmers, they had none, when I work for Harley Davidson we allowed people to pull up close to the door in bad weather, There were zero customers in there, and I sure understand why
Couldnt leave 0 stars had to pick 1 but that's too high. Bought something and went to return. Said they would replace then changed there minds. Part was bad from the factory. Loss my buisness over a 8.00 part. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worste enemy. Service has gone down hill.
I rode up here from an hour away. I checked the hours on different websites. All had different times. The latest was 12:30. I got here at 12:28. The time is now 12:58 and there is no one here. The sign at the store even says they are open 12:30-5 on sundays. There is a sign on the door saying they’ll be closed tomorrow for Memorial Day, but nothing about today. Facebook says they should of opened at 11. Very poorly managed website. Waste of gas.
