I don't even know this provider. Yet, somehow, she was listed on my referrals as my PCP. My hippa rights entitle me to a certain level of protection. My personal information should not, in any way, shape, or form, be sent to a provider whom I have not approved, let alone someone I have never met. My health status also requires the care of an internal medicine doctor and not a family practitioner. Renae West is a family practitioner. I went to her for a couple of years. She denied each of my symptoms. A week after my appointment an ER doctor told me I had a life threatening condition.
I am not one to write reviews unless I have only good things to say, but I am incredibly dissapointed in our experience with Dr. West. We took our 3 year old into urgent care because she had something in her stool that caused us concern. Yes, we brought it with us to the office so that the doctor could look at it. Dr. West was immediately disgusted, (I understand, it isn’t the most glamourous of things to look at) but, what bothered me the most, is when my 3 year old asked what the smell was, and she replied, “It’s you, it’s... read more
