They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I LOVE DR. SHONGO AND HER STAFF!! They are all knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Thank you ALL for the great experience my family and I have at The Dentist!!
