STAY AWAY FROM THE WOMAN. I visited Dr. Shongo for many years. She kept telling me that my front four teeth would fall out. This was never true. Dr. Shongo replaced them and two days later, all four teeth fell out. When I called her on the phone the next day (Saturday), she told me to never call her on a Saturday. She was so rude to me. I had to go to another dentist who performed FOUR implants for thousands of dollars. That doctor told me that Dr. Shongo did not know how to cap teeth and that is why they fell out.
I’ve been going to Dr. Shongo for 22 years now, and so has the rest of my family. We absolutely love her. I love going to the dentist and getting to see her. She is a very special and amazing dentist for all ages! Very knowledgeable!
