I have been very pleased with the service I have received through Dr. Castillo. My only complaint to date is that I sent Dr. Castillo a question through the Texas Oncology portal and have never gotten a reply? So I do question the use of the portal for communication?

Dr. Rene Castillo has been my oncologist for many years now and I have always been pleased with the care he has given me. He is a good listener and answers all my questions to my satisfaction. I am happy to have Dr. Castillo as my doctor.
Too long wait in Lobby and also exam room. I get too anxious and the next time I will walk out.

Dr. Castillo has a very good bedside manner while conducting my visits thoroughly, caring & with great positivity & confidence. Always, after my visits, I feel better & uplifted about my health. To me, this is every bit as important as medication, etc.
