I've been using these guys for years now . Now just gotta get out and kill a deer so I can use them again.
Took a pig weight was over 200lbs dressed and I got 48lbs of breakfast sausage is all I got off of it. I wonder what they did with the rest of the meat?
Went to drop deer off for processing and was told to take it to the after-hours locker in the back. The locker was absolutely disgusting. There was about 25 deer piled up and laying in a pool of blood. You could barely walk in the the door. It wasnt even cold so those meats could've spoiled. There was non-field dressed animals on the ground and from looking at the book they had, employees had not been back there in three or four days at least to pick them up/hang them up.
