I took Oryx there few weeks back that weighed over 300lbs... I got 78lbs of meat... They claimed they list it and I called the owner who will not call me back, I'm going to rip them on social media and Texas hunters

Actually just seen this idiotic remark. "sell meat up front" obviously you have no clue how this works. We process over 3000 animals a year with no problem from farmers and hunters with no complaints and we do not sell exotic meats in the store. Just FYI

I've been getting my prime rib roast from them for 10 years! Always the best for the $$$. Perfectly marbled and flavorful!! I highly recommend this joint! Their spicy sausage is the bomb. I use it for my annual Christmas morning breakfast casserole!!!
