Had a great experience at our vacation rental for a surprise proposal weekend in Savannah! Absolute amazing location, for us it was 10-20 minute walk to any point of interest we wanted to visit. Management was accommodating to make this weekend special for my fiancé. Totally recommend Collin’s Quarter, Cafe M, and Lulu’s Chocolate Bar if you decide to stay in this area. All recommended in their information booklet!
Management drags their feet to do any maintenance for their tenants. Our dryer was not working for about 6 months and then when our property changed over to a new company, the Rendezvouz management lied about what work had been done on the dryer and the house, leading to several more months of confusion and damp laundry. If you're a student looking for offcampus housing, make sure to ruthlessly advocate for yourself if you deal with this company.
Contacted them in regards to a property, continuously sent me application link through a copy and paste rather than answer any questions I have. Communicated three or four times but they just continued sending link to application rather than helping. Not really a place I would want managing my apartment.
UPDATED: Changing my review as I have since heard back from the management company. My original messages/calls to the rental company were somehow unseen, but upon hearing the concerns with the unit we stayed in, the rental company called and apologized and then fixed or replaced the broken items and offered us a partial refund.
