As for 38th St apartments property, You can do SO much better than what you are paying for at this “apartment”. DO NOT make the same mistake I did signing that lease. I counted down the days till I was free from my 400sqft cell. Cons - Spiders are way TOO common. Had a great experience at our vacation rental for a surprise proposal weekend in Savannah! Absolute amazing location, for us it was 10-20 minute walk to any point of interest we wanted to visit. Management was accommodating to make this weekend special for my fiancé. Totally recommend Collin’s Quarter, Cafe M, and Lulu’s Chocolate Bar if you decide to stay in this area. All recommended in their information booklet!
