Excellent Service I had RENCO Roofing out last week to check a leak from the monsoon. Keith, with RENCO Roofing, was out at the date and time of the appointment. His professionalism was impeccable, his patience, extremely appreciated. Keith took care of any leak issues and even did some preventative maintenance while on the roof. I would have no problem recommending RENCO Roofing to anyone, in fact, I have already. Great Service, Great Job - Thank You
RENCO ROCKS!! I've contracted with RENCO for over a decade and have been extremely pleased with their professionalism, quality of work, responsiveness, caring attitudes and hometown presence. Quite the family run business! I found it difficult to associate the one review where issues were expressed with the RENCO I know... seemed to me the issue should have been with the HOA rather than RENCO...another reason I'm content to NOT be involved with HOA's!! HAPPY NEW YEAR RENCO!!
Roof Repair Salesperson was professional and everything was written out and explained to me on the Proposal & Installation Agreement for the work that needed to be done. Installers were professional and the quality of the work done was excellent. It is peace of mind as a customer that the salesperson and installers treat you with respect and treat your home (repairs) as if it was there own. I would not hesitate to recommend RenCo, LLC to anyone!
Poor quality, poor project management Renco was hired by my HOA to repair my balcony. To date almost 8 months later they have not resolved many issues. I currently have a negative slope to my balcony and standing water when it rains. They did not re-install the drain. They were very sloppy in applying the surface, splashing on my windows and door frame. Renco sealed the door to my storage closet shut.
